Track Birthdays is a personal birthday tracking tool. You may use it to:

• Track birthdays of people you know
• Receive push notification reminders
• Organise contacts into groups
• Get gift ideas and manage your personal profile

You must not use the app for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.

3 Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must not share your account with others. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account.

4 Your Data

You own the data you enter into Track Birthdays. By using the app, you grant us the right to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

5 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the app or its infrastructure
• Use the app to store or transmit illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Create multiple accounts to abuse the service
• Attempt to access other users' data

6 Service Availability

We aim to keep Track Birthdays available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

7 Push Notifications

By enabling push notifications, you consent to receiving birthday reminder notifications from the app. You can disable these at any time from your browser settings or profile page.

8 Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your profile page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Track Birthdays is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or that notifications will always be delivered on time.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including missed birthday notifications.

11 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
