1Our License
Track Birthdays source code is licensed under the PolyForm Strict License 1.0.0. You can read the exact text in the LICENSE file on GitHub.
The repository is public and the source code is freely viewable for transparency, portfolio, and audit purposes. That is not the same as being open source. This is a source open project: the code is visible, but the license places real restrictions on what you may do with it.
This license is not an open source license in the formal OSI sense. The code being publicly visible on GitHub does not grant you permission to redistribute, modify, or build on it.
2What You May Do

- Use by noncommercial organizations: charitable organizations, educational institutions, public research organizations, public safety or health organizations, environmental protection organizations, and government institutions may use the software regardless of funding source.
- Fair use: any fair use rights you hold under applicable law are unaffected by this license.

- Any commercial use
- Sublicensing or transferring your license to anyone else
If you are unsure whether your intended use is permitted, assume it is not and reach out to ask.
4No Warranty
The software is provided as is, without any warranty or condition. The licensor will not be liable for any damages arising out of these terms or the use or nature of the software, under any kind of legal claim, to the fullest extent the law allows.
